    Welcome to tacomaworld.

I have the Matte gunmetal f5’s. I can’t speak in the offset because I have 0 in size 16. The 17 inch -10 should fit pretty flush, maybe minimal poke.
I had the -38 matte dark bronze before and the poke is too much for my taste. I didn’t want rock chips all over a brand new truck again. Been there and done that. You will need to do the CMC if you get 33’s and some trimming. Negative offset like that looks hot tho.
My buddy has ray 10’s in the matte dark bronze if you want to see the color, it’s a really good looking color.
Here is Matte gunmetal for reference and matte vs gloss.

The 17x9 only comes in -38

    The 17x8.5 is -10

The -38's will require a lot of trimming. The -10's will require much less.

A lift will in no way help you fit larger tires. When the suspension compresses, the lift is gone.

You didn't say what tire size, but with -10mm and 32s, it's plug-n-play.

You'd have to get a shop to do it for you - not as simple as painting with a rattlecan.
