Zero whistling on my 2020 sr5 access cab that was built in texas. For a few hundred miles i had a noticeable howling at 45-50 mph rounding curves, but even thats gone away. Even the auto transmission shifts much smoother without being so busy. Really starting to warmup to this truck.

My 2020 sr5 will develop some wind noise above 45 mph if I take the chine spoiler off, otherwise nothing.

I don’t have a better picture. The seam is the red highlight (between the mirror cap and mirror frame).

Both my mirrors were whistling. It was the mirror cap. I took the caps off and ran a bead of butyl sealer around the circumference of the seam and it’s gone.
Get some 3/4 inch masking tape and cover the mirror cap seam and test to see if that’s it.

I got a whistle from new on my '21. It was air getting inside where the mirror mounts to the door. Open the door, the little triangle that covers that corner on the inside of the door pops off with minimal pressure. Apply tape to the open holes you see in the sheet metal. Noise gone.

Cured my passenger mirror whistle...taped the seam in the photo and it was instantly fixed...I put a little of the black sticky stuff (caulk would have worked too) on this seam
