Are these genuine oem bulbs?

Long story short. Don’t ever sand your headlights. I tried all sorts of different solutions and none came out right. I found a local guy who claimed he swapped out his oem halogen headlights for aftermarket on his 2022 TRD Sport so I picked them up since they are in great condition and plan to swap mine out. I noticed he left some bulbs in it. Are these oem bulbs? When did Toyota switch to Osram low beam and Philips high beam? I ask because if they are I’ll just use them since my oem bulbs have seen 6 years of use.

 

Not sure what came in mine but what difference would it make?

 

Osram bulb is OEM. Someone already swapped in the Phillips bulbs
