Our son just gave us a 1995 Tacoma prerunner that has the 4pin wire harness and class three hitch. I am going to a 7pin with brake controller and I understand there is no plug and play harness so you have to tie into the brake pedal wiring for the brake controller. My question, what color brake wire switch should I tie into? Thank you, Bob

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
Your controller should have one wire for constant power one wire to ground

The third wire connected to the brake light switch on the side with 0 VDC when the switch is open.

On my 2000 the wire is Green/white stripe your might be different
