    2011 SR5, 95K miles, and I had to have the clutch replaced DEC9 2022.

The mechanic, not at dealership, mentioned the pedal bushing was funky, but he couldn't find a replacement bushing. He also noted the master and slave cylinders were OK; flyid looks clear.

The only noticeable thing is the clutch fully engages when I lift my foot off the pedal, but the pedal stops about 1" from "fully up". It will eventually pop up in place, though this seems a bit slower in cold weather.

So, I wonder what is the complications if the bushing breaks? Or does it really look like the pics when OK?

I attached pics for reference. 20221219_131751.jpg

Sooo, having just done this on my 2011 4x4, the pedal sticking and not going fully up (especially when cold) is more the clutch master cylinder than anything.

Aside from having to do some gymnastics to get under the dash and pull the hose under the clutch bracket, it's fairly easy to do.

The plunger sticks a bit from going all the way up.

The clutch pedal assembly is the culprit. And of course, the replacement is unavailable. The clutch pedal is now adjusted as best it can be....
