I was just informed that both a co-worker and our boss are triple booked for meetings so I get to go to a project meeting for them where I have no idea what's going on.

    What could possibly go right?

While the chances are incredibly low, they are, in theory, not zero.

Would've died on one if I hadn't been wearing a helmet. Got a pretty good concussion even with one. Was going maybe 30mph and hit a woop and tipped it. Landed hard on the dome piece.

    o_O

I don’t want to poo-poo on anyone’s ideas but that project has got lots of “nope” all over it. The front brake for that fork are rim brakes that are mounted on the posts just below the steer tube. With the wheels outboard there is no way to add brakes and just like cars, most of your braking force is on the front wheels. While they do make bicycle disk brakes, that would add another list of problems to overcome. Like others have said, steering is going to be tough with that scrub angle too.

But it’s a paying gig for you guys so rock on and let the owner deal with the problem

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
This could get much more expensive I guess the End User plans to design and add the front brakes.

I'm fairly confident this hog won't see double digit speeds so I doubt braking will be that much of a problem.

Besides, old bikes only had one brake for the back wheel and we're all still mostly intact.

Both of you have good points, I retract my earlier common sense comment :D

This is what I was hoping to avoid, I reinstate my earlier common sense comment :D
