He's thinking outside the box forks. If he's doing it that way, might as well have three wheels up front.

I'll see myself out now. :anonymous:

It’s just mocked up, I think the wheels will be closer together with the forks on the outside and somehow a disc brake in there somewhere.

Nothing from the repair man yet.

The house was still 65 so the fireplaces are doing their jobs.

This morning I took the furnace cover off and the blower motor spins freely so I fired everything up to check the blink code like @koditten asked about.

    https://twintechheating.ca/coleman-furnace-error-codes/

It went from slow green, which is good, to a rapid red (which was not in the user manual but is in the link above).

Everything technically worked correctly - flame came on and stayed on and the blower motor started but sounds horrible so I'm still leaning towards that needing to be replaced.

The twinning error has me confused as nothing should have changed for that.

Video of the lovely sound from the blower is attached. Unzip and play the mp4.

That was without the call for heat, hence the steady green blink.

Of all the tools I have, some just make me smile. This is one is use all the time for various things. Yesterday I mixed up a bit of JB weld with it. My oldest, who will be 28 in a couple of weeks made it for me when he was about 4 or 5. He used to like to hang out in the workshop if I was down there, so I would give him things to do, like to hammer on this piece of copper tube. Over 20 years later and I still use it. :)

I decided to try my hand at making a "kydex" sheath for the knife in the pic. I'm not sure what kind of plastic it actually is, but it was scrap from a guy that did vacuum forming.

I'm currently waiting for paint to dry, which is a weakness of mine. :annoyed:

Yep, time to slide out the fan/ motor assembly and inspect to find out what bearing is bad.

Still pretty cheap if you do it yourself.

Ive tried so many different types of grease to get that damn thing from squeaking. I think tri-flow finally was the one that silenced the chirp.
