Howard Stern Fans?

Nope. Figured since he announced Benji special on 101 this week, he wouldn't be. I can't wait to hear J.D.

 

The break will give Richard time to heal his voice. now he can place a new bet with what’s his name.

 

Anyone listening to the Benji special? Benji might be my favorite staff member. I even enjoy the vortex!

Mostly through the 1st day and enjoying it so far.

 

Haven't tried it out yet. I was almost afraid it would be too much.

 

I caught his “acting” segment, I’ll listen in this week as there is nothing else happening in the Stern world

 

Finished the 2nd day. It's crazy to hear how much Benji has actually contributed to the show, all together. Still pretty good.

 

I like benji, especially way back benji on air. He has contributed so much, especially on-air historically. I know he is likely still a big contributer off-air, but I think Howard and crew feel he is no longer good on-air, which benji doesn't like so he tries harder and this hurts his on-air performances . ... resulting in the benji vortex. It's unfortunate. In recent years he just goes off on too many tangents, does not get to the point quick enough, and seems to do this on purpose as his new shtick (spelling?) despite it irritating everyone. This is just my opinion and again I like Benji. I just don't enjoy him on air as much as I use too. Sometimes he is straight up annoying with the contrarian stuff. I think if he was never late he would still be in studio and the vortex may have never become a thing.

I'm glad he Is getting his own week to celebrate him though.

I'm glad they separate each clip with some talking. I need a few minutes to calm down after all his energy. He gets me going a bit crazy. I do like his older stuff a lot more.

 

WE NEED MORE JD. He was great today in his own way.

 

Anyone know why Rahsaan keeps referring to Jon Hein whenever he actually comes on he says the ghost of Jon Hein or today he said R.I.P to Jon. Has Jon left the show? I'm so confused by that.

So he's not on the wrap up show anymore but still staff on the overall show/channels? I'm still confused.

 

I wonder if JD will be bald Monday or if they shave him on air?

 

Dumb question....I have the Sirius stand alone unit and satellite wired into my 06 Tacoma. I'm about to pull the pin and buy a 2019 Tacoma that is Satellite capable? Is that correct?
That means I can transfer my Sirius account over to the 2019 Tacoma when I buy it? (Age 69 and not afraid to ask questions)

I think most or all tacomas come with sirius? But, yes, if it has the hardware you just call and switch your account over.

20 minutes into the final show with Benji and my goodness, he has already ground the show to a crawl. Such a trait he has to derail anything.
