    Walked a mall yesterday just to get out of the house. It was too cold outside to go to a park.
    My wife checked her app and we did 4.9 miles. Sure didn’t seem like that much.

    It’s going around here too seems as though everyone I know has had it. Get you some Alka-Seltzer cold plus and sleep through it you’ll feel better in about two days. Hack up mess for about another week and you’re good!
