I'm in the process of installing a 2022 Entune head unit into my 2017. I bought the harness from Auto Harness House and mistakenly chose the harness for the head units with the Nav module. While my 2017 head unit has nav, the head unit I bought does not. I don't want to use the built-in nav as I'm swapping head units specifically to get Android Auto.

If I just leave the black connector unplugged, with the head unit care? Thank you.

Update: The answer is yes. The head unit does not care that the nav module isn't installed. It simply says that the feature isn't available. And this was not impacted by the nav harness in a non-nav config.
