    SOLD

Decided to change plans on this project and sell the parts I acquired. Almost all the major parts needed to swap a 95-04 3RZ Tacoma are included. Willing to sell parts separately or everything together for $4000. Located in Fort Collins, CO.

    All photos here: https://photos.app.goo.gl/DwaKoGBSURMsyTcj7

    List of major parts:

    - BEW TDI engine (115k, excellent running condition, full timing belt, water pump, belt freshly installed with 0 miles) - $1500

    - Northwest Fab W59 to TDI adapter (brand new, just removed from box for photos) $1000

    - Brand new Mellett (OEM quality) VNT17 turbo $500

    - Malone Stage 4 ECU, swap deleted, ready to go + spare ECU $500

    - Fast Forward Can2Dash module so the stock gauges work $150

    - Stock 05 Beetle ECU $150

    - Wiring harness (all old wiring stripped away) - NOTE - this can be sent out to Fast Forward Automotive if you don't want to do it yourself. I basically got it as far as I could before actually putting in the truck and connecting wires. $200

    - Infinity air water intercooler, BMW low temp radiator, Mercedes coolant pump, reservoir, hoses, etc $200

    - Brand new Aisin/Luk clutch/flywheel setup $200

    - Electric fan that should perfectly fit the Tacoma radiator $100

    - 05 Beetle downpipe + cat $300

    - Boost+EGT gauge + senders $100

Lots more not mentioned here - see photos. Happy to answer any questions too. I really hope someone can finish this up and enjoy the sweet whistle of the TDI while rowing through the gears.

Damn maybe I should have bought this instead of a SC lol.
Seems like a good deal. What other parts are needed for the swap?

Just some brackets for the AWIC heat exchanger a few hoses, and some some fabrication of the exhaust/engine mounts. Then the wiring, which wouldn't be too bad.
