Doesn't look like the guy doing alignments, knows what he's doing.Needs to get retrained in alignments.

I deleted my previous comments a few days ago because I was in the middle of working out my deal with Toyota and my dealer and just by chance I didn't want anyone to think I was saying negative things about Toyota as a brand or my dealer. I've had now 7 new Toyota vehicles (1 camry, 4 4runner's and 2 Tacoma's) since 2016 and honestly they have been the best vehicles I have ever had. Never been in the shop other than regular maintenance. I do believe I got one this last time that may of just been odd. After 4 alignments and 2 Toyota dealerships looking over anything and everything they could to find the problem, my 23 Tacoma still would pull to the right as soon as you let go of the steering wheel. Where most vehicles will track straight for say 5 or 6 seconds on a straight road before slowly start going to the right as they should due to the crown of the road for water run off, my first 23 tacoma, you could hardly ever count to 2 and most times needed your hands back on the steering wheel before 1 in order to keep from going off the side of the road. I ended up reaching out to Toyota and got a claim number, etc and between Toyota and my dealer who was absolutely great during all this, they put me in the brand new identical truck at no charge. I still will say Toyota is the best vehicle on the road and I truly believe even the first Tacoma I had with this issue will end up being fixed by Toyota when they figure out whats wrong with it and make someone a great truck because that was my only complaint with it. I test drove the replacement 23 Tacoma I knew the first mile down the road that this one didn't have an issue. That's how obvious my problem was. Anyways, I hate anyone having to go through all of this but just be patient, reach out to Toyota and hopefully you have a great dealer like I did and they will take care of the issues. I do wish that I would be able to find out what ends up being the fix on the Tacoma they bought back but i'm afraid i'll never know that answer to help someone else since Toyota now owns that truck again.

If I had that much spare cash I'm not sure I'd be pipe lining it to Toyota. Or any other vehicle for that matter.

Glad your situation was resolved in your favor.
