Here's my buddy "Santino" recovering after a trip to the Vet today. 3 Biopsies to try and figure out why he's got several lesions on his skin and his feet. Condition has been ongoing for a few years now...only getting worse. Vet complimented him on what a good boy he was. Once he got home he slept for 5 hours. Keeping our fingers crossed the Dermatologist comes up with a plan. Still waiting to hear back results from the vet. Issues not getting any better at this point with new meds. Poor old guy, he's a real trooper. His dog mommy doctors him daily.

 

Hope you're able to come up with a solution that makes Tino comfortable again.

Thanks man! She’s been the best dog I’ve ever had and such a great family dog. Great with our kids and cats, great off leash, great listener. Just a damn a good dog

 

Poor Tino. Best of luck finding a solution. My Vizsla had some skin irritation/hair loss when she was a pup. Took us a good 2 years to get it figured out.

 

I think the definition of Chocolate includes batshit crazy.

 

This is "Bodie" he just turned 9 last November.. You wouldnt know it.

 

I’m so impartial to GSPs but they’re beautiful dogs. Glad to know my pup of less than 2 years won’t slow down soon haha.

 

They told me Riley would slow down around 2 or 3. Nope. He didn't really slow down until his diabetes diagnosis. He would run all day if you let him. Kimo is the same way although he's able to grab some quality nap time, he's down for that too.

Mine is a Brittany Spaniel/ Chocolate Lab mix all She wants to do is hunt. I really have to watch her. She can get away quickly

 

My GSP slowed down slightly around 3 but still balls to the wall daily. He takes tons of short power naps and then ready to go again! Haha
