Thanks again for the ECGS tool! The bearing slid right out with that (weird how having the right tool for the job makes it easier?).

Of course after all that, the noise I was chasing wasn't the diff bearing afterall, but the passenger side wheel bearing. So now my truck has two fresh wheel bearings and a new ECGS bearing for the new owner.

 

Anyone interested in going ?

Who’s got the 2nd Gen around Everett area with LT and 40’s? Saw ya rolling threw that thing looks well built for sure

 

I’ve always really like the KC light rack but I’m not paying over $2k for it so I made my own with HELLA led lights for about $500. Might move the lights at each corner down to match the curve of the roof.
