That's a horrible idea. What time?
That's not a bad drive, about an hour for me. Not a lot of parking unless we use the church and / or Sheetz, so we may have to watch the time of day. I'm not available for a few weeks as I'll be in Michigan on a family matter. No solid return date, but probably not available until the March 4 weekend. More social for me, so if the buyers / sellers want to meet sooner, go for it.

Would also like something closer to March if you all can swing it. By then, I should have my Taco back from the gov's dirty little mitts and perhaps my HHG so I can get rid of some stuff...if not, I will definitely attend for the social (beer) aspect in the '94 Runner I am currently driving!

Hai. Currently trying to deep clean our new (to us) house in Warrenton ahead of our shit getting here. POs were some nasty individuals…I don’t think they cleaned for the 20 years they owned the place.

    :puke:

I helped one of my wife's coworkers clean her parents house after 20+ years of smoking. We couldn't prime over the smoke and crap, so we had to clean the ceilings to the floors. Then I hit everything we were painting with an oil based primer just to make sure the smell was gone. Then two coats of paint. Three days later, my shoulders were a little sore.

Haha, no. There will be many beers to help get me through, though!

Yikes. Ours isn’t that bad. We are basically dismantling things to clean them though. I tried to fix/clean several of the appliances, but just ended up ordering replacements. Way too far gone.

Make sure to go to the Centreville Coast Guard Exchange for alcohol and guns. They have a great selection. I've picked up lot's of bourbons and weapons there.
Specifically, Little Book, Trace, Middleton extra rare, ...oh heck, I'll just take a pic and post!
