Fiber is what keeps your shit together.. literally. Some high fiber foods would be way better than a Red Baron Pizza, which the tomato sauce is likely acidic and would have little to no fiber. Most drinks with bubbles lowers the stomach acid. Clearly, I'm no Doctor or Gastroenterologist so take my statements with a grain of salt.

Speaking of driveway mishaps, I was coming down my neighborhood entrance when I was about 17, I zoned out and tried to throw it in park doing about 30, luckily these smart Toyota transmissions are dummy proof and it wouldnt even go into reverse at that speed.

My nephew did good, he dickered good back and forth, ended up with 6 plates for 20. He's learning.
The old timer down there that I used to battle with has sold his collection and sounds like he doesnt have much longer to go. Sad to hear.

The Dr did mention that imodium or Pepto would help but that it's better not to, in order for it to flush out

Never really stressed on the test went in to the fire department and have since gone back and got a couple degrees, but I’m glad for the direction I went, and not the one I was directed may have been doing something I don’t like :ballchain:

This is what my wife told me earlier today, and what her Dr advised.
@Bivouac , about contracting this illness pretty sure you have to somehow come in contact with something contaminated and more or less put it in your mouth. Feces is very full of the bacteria or whatever it is, but it's not like I or any family members go eating it
My wife made me a BLT sandwich earlier and 1/2 hr later, it's still happening. It's just :bananadead: beyond frustrated at this point.
ETA- Norovirus but my spelling might be wrong. Also I think the primary test is a stool sample so that is not done often.

Norovirus will pass but it will hit every one, hand washing is your friend, mostly dx with symptoms, usually gone in a couple days. But can have reinfections, disinfect every thing( all hand surfaces)including toothbrushes. cruise ships will get it thru the whole boat. :crapstorm:Feel better

Lol, I tried something like that. I started with my area here on FL Gulf Coast because I figured it would just be a few levels of elevation to map out from sea level. Kept running the program to slice it out and was only getting 2 layers, the water plus one more. Couldn’t figure out what was going wrong, then it dawned on me, not enough elevation to have more than 2 layers. Guess I need to try bathometric data for water depth instead.

X2 on the BRAT diet. Helped me out tremendously last year when I couldn't hold anything. Pretty sure I had the norovirus.

I made toast with PB and banana slices. Alternated that with apple sauce.

Yeah my wife treating me like I've got the plague or something now! Stay downstairs...what you doing up here? Etc etc.
I haven't brought up the fact that she was the first one to come down with it.
    Some things better left unsaid.
I certainly don't blame her for not wanting it again.
She borrowed this disinfecting machine from her work and has done the upstairs. But to do it need to wear mask and vacate the area for awhile.
