Update:new harness spliced in at rear shackle. All fuses replaced...new tail lights with new bulbs. Checked all connections I have power at the driver side connection where it sends power to the passenger but I lose power somewhere between the lisence plate light "passenger side" to the passenger side tail light but I have brake lights both side turn signals both sides and reverse both sides. Could this be a grounding issue or something else?

Maybe damage to the wiring somewhere along the way? Have you tried testing with a direct connection to the fuse box?

Use a voltmeter to determine if you are getting power. It might just be a connection issue

I'll have to get a volt meter to check with..but has anyone ever had issues like this before it seems to be something simple just can't find it or figure out

They all share the same ground.
So it isn’t likely a ground issue.
If it were, you would have any of the others work.

The solid green wire is the Tail light.
    Check it for power.

I have power to the driver side connection and it's a jumper to the passenger so im guessing its somewhere between there really having trouble with this

    Maybe make your own jumper?
Sometimes it’s just easier to “make it” work:thumbsup:
