Do you have a DVM to test connections/sockets?

Do you have some commas on your keyboard?

Slow down a bit and tell us just a little more what got you into this problem. Why do you have new harness, taillights, etc? Are they OE type stuff or are they something else?

My old harness shorted out and melted the tail light "green wire" ...traced back to good wires on the harness and spliced in a good harness that was working. So now my problem is still the same brake light works on the passenger side reverse works turn works but tail light and just seen passenger side lisence plate light isn't working. Could this be a ground issue?

Swap the entire tail light assembly real quick, if everything works it’s the assembly. That will at least let ya know if it’s a harness issue or assembly issue real quick.

I also have the old tail lights and can plug them up and it's the same thing everything works but passenger tail light

Use your DVM and start working upstream from the taillight plug until you find power.
