What I'm saying is...it's not illegal to flash drivers who forget to turn their high beams off.

Not wanting to continue this discussion if you're going to keep fussing about it.

No fussing. I believe that's the false aggression of text communication and a bit of a misunderstanding on my part that makes you think that. I was just sharing my local laws, I realize that it's not that way everywhere. I was just answering the questions you posed about flashing for my area.

I'll go with the people that advocate courtesy and act on it regardless of what they get in return. I don't see good manners as being entitled.

I was only flashed once with my fog lights on. I was waiting at a stop light on a downhill slope and this miserable old fart in a tan rx350 had just turned right on red and proceeded uphill. He repeatedly flashed his high beams and then slowed down to almost a complete stop and flipped me the bird before driving off. I just ignored him. I didn't turn off the selective yellow SS3 Max's though. :rofl:AZ has some weirdo road rage drivers especially during the hot summer months and the 2nd is supported and carried by many out here. It's best not to engage with idiots. :burp:

I believe it's illegal to flash an oncoming vehicle in an effort to warn them there's a cop car ahead catching speeders.

Dont worry, they still wont notice you. For some reason the color people use to not get shot while hunting is virtually invisible on roads to other drivers. The amount of times I have had people merge into me, cut me off, pull out infront of me is 10 times higher in my inferno than it was in my pearl white rav4.

My fogs were not aimed appropriate. Some unfortunate fool across an intersection decided to flash me. So I shut them off. They continued to flash me. I figured maybe it was the angles etc, but as the light turned green they kept it up, so I flashed back. I made my left hand turn through the intersection and they sat there blinded (also turning left). I went home and adjusted my fogs, which turned out fine, but the low beams, well. I had not aimed them after the led lights went in so… sorry society. I messed up.
Ps grew up in ny state and the myth was you couldn’t flash people because it was considered a warning for cops.
