I have a 2003 2.7L manual tacoma and I’ve recently been hearing a wired whining noise when I start it. It only happens when the clutch is fully out and it happens more often when it’s cold out. It’ll go away within a minute or so and I’ll never hear it again until the next time I start the car. Any ideas what this could be from?

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
My guess would be clutch release bearing.

Noises are tricky and will drive you crazy.
