Nice! Any more pics of your camper shell? Looks like it's got a bed-liner coating and I'm debating doing the same for mine.

For the power and and ground wires did you run them under the glove box or across the dash to the drivers side and out the drivers side grommet? I still need to finish wiring mine and the grommet behind the glove box looks nearly impossible to access. I ran the red and blue wires for the switch along the console then under the dash and to the fuse panel.

I think you are correct on that. I bought the Raptor lights with the grill because they were like $5 more than just the grill by itself, but I just couldn’t bring myself to install them. Especially after I saw a Tacoma driving down the road the other night and only two of his Raptor lights were lit on the passenger side.

Well the closest dealership, I stopped at (while meeting my wife for lunch) showed no interest in doing it. The service advisor even went and asked the lead tech if he would install the lift to which I could read his lips, saying hell no. They basically sent me packing...but did say he'd ask the guys in "used cars" if they would do it and have them call me (no thanks).

So I called my second closest dealership (where I also bought my Volvo and have had Polestar tune added, etc). He sounded immediately familiar with the kit and the process. This is a much bigger dealership, so I'm sure they've added it to some trucks that they would be selling as well. It's also in a much larger town, so I assume people have also added it to their trucks after the fact.

    They charge:
$1750 for parts (which is MSRP).
    $450 for labor (includes alignment).

The $450 is for 9 hours of labor. Their normal labor rate is $150 an hour. But since it's a factory option and I'm buying the parts there, they only charge $50 per hour.
I know enough to not even call around and ask anyone else for prices...so we struck a deal right then and there.

I ran the wires out to the side of the passenger seat by the factory seat harness then forward to the base of the A pillar then across under the carpet and padding, up over the trans hump, then under the carpet and padding to the drivers side grommet to the battery. I like a pretty clean engine bay so opted to keep all my wiring out to the battery on the drivers side. Plus it is where the fuse block is. For now I have the Chloe Kuo fuse jumpers but my longer term plans are to put a bracket and fuse block behind the battery. Possibly get the relay/fuse block Chloe ended up with as well. With all the electrical going to the one side it will make upgrading the setup later easier. This is all just to get the rig up and running and ready for overlanding. I will fine tune the electrical later. I did the same with my Land Rover once I knew exactly what was needed/wanted.

Installs done. Didn't think the inside chrome delete would matter to me but this may be the beginning of more. Like the look of no chrome handles. Also, gotta admit i needed YouTube to install stage 1 kit. Like this upgrade too.20230214_085120.jpg 20230214_085814.jpg

Here you go. Grabbed a quick pic this morning, on my way out the door to work. Headlamp aim is good, but the fogs need to come down more. I'll dig out my aiming setup this weekend and make sure both are spot-on...thankfully no fog or foul weather on the forecast before then, so no need to run the fogs immediately.
