Newbie here with a question -

    Bought me a White 2020 SX 4Cyl (4x2) about a week ago...
The Low Beams are very weak. I put in new Halogen Bulbs that Crash recommends with no change...

The Wife has the same head light assembly in her 2020 Camry. Her Low Beam "Lens" inside the Headlight Assy's - are Crystal Clear .

Mine are milky white big time.

Are just the Low Beam Len's (inside the Head Light Assy) replaceable ?

    Thanks for any help

    PS

Read about all the lead times and costs of Production Cat Shields. Can't wait for a new product to come out from Cali. Can't afford the other more expensive ones.

Working on a DIY Cat Protection Shield. Started Late Saturday. I got the basic metal (steel) in place Sunday - just in time to watch the Super Bowl.

Procedure should work for ANY Model Taco - as you are building these from scratch.
The hardest part is making a pattern. Working on your back under a truck - is a bitch.

Once you get to the assembly part it's easy- mainly because you can stand up !!!
I am trying to use parts - that anyone can find at Home Depo and Lowes...

All steel cutting can be done with 7-1/4 Circular Saw and Carborundum Type Metal Blade from Home Depo. Aluminum can be cut with Carbide Blades.

Being able to weld will save some fab time- but is not needed...

I have lots of 3/16" Diamond Plate Aluminum and thinner Sheet Metal Steel in my home shop. I prefer Aluminum over Steel - because after their painted Black - the thicker wall aluminum - will look stronger and thieves will think it is harder to cut into...

Building my 1st Protype in Steel so I can share my idea with you guys (and gals). I am in the Marine Business and have a lot of Aluminum. I would assume most people will go with steel. Aluminum is pretty pricey.
