Frame Recall Inspection Interval at Dealer

    Four door 2wd Taco
    I had my frame inspected in 2018 and they said "its fine" could tell the guy was just wanting to get it out of the shop. Well it was not fine and by time i realized there was a problem i was outside of the 12 year window. Rust happens from inside.
    Has anyone else been to the dealer where they told you to have it inspected yearly until outside of the 12 year window?
    Are they supposed to tell you this because i did not know you could have it inspected every year.

    Also i do not live in a salt state but even so surprised they did not mention CRC corrision treatment goop.
