    Only a black away, we have a development of new small townhomes, advertised with verbiage like "modern farm home living in luxury" on multi-level quad-plex buildings, each with a garage on the back of the bottom floor that isn't big enough for a (modern or old) tractor. Another patch of woods gone...

    Darn, I just added a set of GearWrench medium length metric sockets to the toolkit, besides the Milwaukee flat sided sockets that won't roll away from the work area. I used to have a set of UV crayons...
