South central, Franklin County. Right along the Maryland border. All mountains and farm land, so I definitely need the Tacoma and Subie to get around in the winter

 

Gotcha, I'm familiar with Lancaster area somewhat but that's about as West or central as I go. Drove to TN for my honeymoon back in October and took 81 down the whole way pretty much, so I got to drive through some of that area. I live on one of the mountains in my area, so 4wd is also nice to have in the winters.

Pass on the right angrily (must have a “coexist” sticker
Ignore the 2” of rainfall and drive faster.
Expect the highway traffic to yield to the merging traffic.

If fog lights are blinding the crap out of other drivers they are 1)not fog lights 2)not positioned correctly.
