Got my cheap tonnaeu cover today. Its made by Vitamotors and its actually not that bad for $160. The mounting solutions might be a bit suspect, but I can fix that myself.

Finished fabricating my Auxbeam engine bay mount.
1/8" 3003 aluminum bent using a vise brake.

I wanted enough space to remove the fuse box covers without having to remove the bracket so I put the bolts on the bottom of the bracket which turned out to be a major pain to install because I didn't leave enough space to get a socket around the bolts. If I ever have to remove it I will swap the bolts out for hex head bolts instead.

Every time I see a rig like this I feel like selling my DiamondBack and making the switch. The DB is secure (which is why I bought it) and I like that I can strap stuff to it, but add a CrossBin and the bed becomes really limited. I had a cap (topper) on my '92 Chev K2500 (still have the truck, cap sold) and you could actually live in the bed.
    Your set up look killer.

Man this looks great. If you want to make another I’d be a buyer.

Just an FYI, I have heard that the ODB 2 port is not meant to be plugged into full time and that a constant draw on it overtime causes weird problems. Many issues with those insurance companies that give you a device to plug in for discounts. I believe most have gone to a different device instead of the OBD2 plug in. May want to research it a bit tube sure.

It's actually pretty easy to make. 3003 Aluminum bends pretty easily.
You just need a jig saw, file, drill, and vise (the vise brake just makes the bends look better)

This summer when I get time to reorganize my garage so I can have a proper space to work I might consider making a couple more of these.

Just added my bed step. I’m getting to old to be getting into the truck bed without one. Pretty simple install, about 10 minutes and that’s with the angle being a pain for torquing the bolts in

This is some awesome work. Just be aware if you two do work something out, this layout may not work on your truck.

Yep, that's why I'm hesitant to make more.
I have a Sport manual so I don't know if it would fit the Off-Road manual with the second hydraulic container.
Or if the Auto trucks have the same mounting holes.

Finally got my Auxbeam switch panel installed. I hid most of my wires in the engine bay really well but the battery looked like a mess.

Mounting holes are probably the same, but the area where the hydraulics are is different. I like that you made it for the Auxbeam because I had to modify my OE mount to work with my setup.

Good call. The off road does have the brake booster right there, so it would end having to be a different layout.

Mine came with the bed step and the first time my bum knee ass used it, I was like hell yea, nice option. Now I got a shell on the truck and the step is useless lol.
