I don't believe I've ever wiped the inside of the gas fill area. I bet it would make me feel better. Thanks!!!

I have 1000’s of trips to the pump and couldn’t tell one single time I looked at anyone else’s gas cap. Except the ones driving away with it dangling in the wind.

Yes. In my corner of this universe, there is a natural phenomena that exists, and its name is Wind.




Now the wind has, on occasion, been so severe that it has knocked the cap lanyard off of its little hook. If I let it freedangle, the wind will, on occasion, make it skitter across the paint.

However, that's not why I bought the Gashole v2. I bought it because it was 20 dollars and it makes me chuckle.

I've always clipped my gas cap to the trucks gas door when filling up. Been doing it for over 20 years. The door has a clip just for this. I don't see what the big deal is.

Got a Meso gas hole for $.69 (nice) during Black Friday. Stripped the screw that holds it onto the gas door, the screw is seized and could never install it. Not worth anymore effort for me

I have relocated the gas cap tether back one hole so it hangs tight against the door when filling up.
