Does anybody have any suggestions on how I can fit a 34-in diameter tire in the stock spare tire compartment on my 2023 Tacoma?

Hammer the brackets, leave deflated, carry an inflator.

That is going to be a hell of a tight fit. Bend the hell out of the locating tabs with a hammer, unbolt the hoist, relocate it rearward by bolting up the front holes of the hoist to the rear bolt holes in the frame and drill out new rear holes using the hoist’s rear holes as a template. Cut off the exhaust over the axle. It may fit after that.

It already doesn’t like anything bigger than bone stock.
