4 Inch Spindle Lift, Rear?

Looking for advice. I have 5100's in front with OME885's for 2.5" and 5100's in rear with Icon RXT's set at 1.8". I want to add a 4 inch spindle lift in front but having trouble figuring out what to do with the rear. I can rearrange the RXT leafs to go 2.6" in the rear and add a 1.5" block? That should give me 6.5" in front and 4.1" in the back. Will a block fit with those leafs? What Bilstein's should I go with? Bump Stop?

 

Welcome to Tacoma World. Best thing I can answer with is to read a whole bunch of existing threads here from people who have done it and compare what they did against your setup.
