I was told that putting the the stop power steering noise liquid would help, but had done that on monday.
Does it really work said maybe a weeks time might help at the moment?

    Anyone had this problem?

I wouldn't put anything in my power steering reservoir except Dextron Type II or III Automatic transmission fluid. Thats what the manual calls for.

If the fluid level is low, they will squeak/squeal, especially when cold. I had it happen when I got my truck back after a frame replacement, dealership didn't fill the fluid up all the way. After I topped it off I haven't had a problem since.
