I have a 2019 Toyota Tacoma sr5 2.7l 2wd 1.) All key fobs do not lock or unlock truck nor makes the panic alarm go off.
2.) All doors lock and unlock from the drivers door,
3.) dealership claims the keys are responding to truck also said that all relays and fuses are good!
4.) batteries are new in all key fobs.
5.) all doors lock when put in drive
6.) all doors unlock when drivers door open
Does anyone have any suggestions to look at? Does anyone have wiring diagram for the door lock system?

Sounds like #1 is your problem you're trying to solve?

That's illogical. Did you mean that the they said the truck was responding to the fobs?

If yes, then what was the dealerships reason the doors don't lock/unlock from the fob?

This is what they said about it and really don’t want to spend another 150$ if I can check the door control receiver myself but I don’t know what to look for when I take it out?

What is the cost for the door control receiver?

If you are out of warranty, what choice do you have?

It's a mystery how the Dealer got the FOB's (Programmed) to communicate with the door control receiver.

I'm guesstimating here, tech who wrote the "bill" mentions keys were FOB's should be. Again it's an ASSumption on the wording on the ticket.

Type C is what I'm guessing, you might also be guessing A and B.

It makes no sense that the "TECH" programmed the FOB's with a "bad" receiver. Maybe I'm missing something about procedure with TechStream.

It would be a remove & replace (new/used) deal, no repair.

Out of warranty. Let them check receiver and have Toyota engineers look in to it

Ask the Tech supervisor how his tech programmed the FOB with a bad receiver, since you already paid for that.

Tire pressure sensor uses the same receiver and still reading the pressure.
But if I replace will I have to get keys programmed to that receiver?
If I replace it and it still doesn’t work what else could it be

    Same box, different internal boards.
    Yes.
Might be the Main Body ECU (more $$$)

    Receivers with other features:
