    Yep, and here in Hawaii you can't know an inspection guy that will pass it because they have to take pic's and upload to the DMV.

    But it was meant for those that have a thing against DB lifts, or just don’t realize we have to switch to stock size tires yearly to pass inspection.

    Maybe dumb question, but is this a situation where if you weren't on stocks you'd get a ticket if you were pulled over or something? Just wondering what about non-stock/offroad tires is an inspection issue.

    yes, this could lead to a ticket situation. Unless the entire width of the tire is covered, and mud flaps are installed.

    It’s pretty lenient here, unless it’s completely obvious (the usual Hawaii trucks you see posted with 20x14s and whatnot)
