I did some searches and I couldn't find anything on this, I have a 98 extended cab Tacoma SR5. I'm curious if I can take the rear driver side seatbelt and swap it with the front driver side. I have no need for the belt back there and the previous owner, for some reason I still can't figure out, cut the seat belt. Any info or tips on this procedure are welcome. Links to replacement seat belts or just your experience with it are also welcome. Thanks in advance.

Check parts.Toyota.com. Filter your year/model and search the body and frame category. The seatbelt diagrams will be in there and you can decide for yourself. I don’t know tbh. Alternately you could just try swapping em and see if it works, who knows?
