Maybe a little bit. Was on the A8 between Augsburg and Munich trying to stay out of the way!

Has anyone here done Antman's anytime fog mod on a 2020+ 4Runner? I've searched and haven't found anyone who has. I have yet to pull apart the dash and see what's there, but I figured I'd ask before I did that.

Getting the itch to replace my 06 Tacoma with a new 4Runner. No more "Big Dog" to ride with me in my truck. I've always wanted a 4Runner, hoping for some incentives on 2023's as the end of the year approaches. My Big Buddy.jpg

Used her to move the new popup around so I could treat the top before it gets stored in for the winter. We will see how she likes the mountains pulling the popup with 33's, bumper and winch next summer. Thinking of getting a tune to help her out a little bit.

Did a pressure test of the Intercooler plumbing over the weekend and found a small leak that net around 1 psi.

What’s a good way to pressure test the intake manifold?

    I have mods
Pressurizing the intercooler plumbing would have pressurized the intake as well, no? Did you do a smoke test?

The smoke test didn’t show anything, I wonder how well the throttle body seals? I’ll test it again with a boost gauge at the manifold and find out tonight. I’m down a few psi

Just following up on this. I'm dealing with some physical health issues so progress is slow. My 4r basically just sits in a garage on a battery tender right now.

I ran another pressure test with my boost gauge (manifold tap) turned on and can verify that the boost levels at the procharger matches what the intake manifold is seeing. I wasn't sure if the tb being closed would make any difference. No apparent leaks at 7psi.

I setup a fuel/boost/afr/rpm data log (Innovate PSB-1 and MTX-D? using logworks 3) that I'll record later tonight if I can get away. I'm wondering if it'll show any belt slip

Also when I have some downtime I'll remove the through fender boot for the airbag->arb snorkel and see if that makes any difference with the boost. That or I might just build a cone filter maf mount for testing so that I don't have to mess with the boot at all.

Looks like some belt slip if I'm looking at this correctly. Swapping in a smaller green belt here in a sec, good thing the procharger doesn't get all that hot and I can reach in there right away
