Wondering if someone with autobody experience could give me a rough estimate to repair these two dents. I'm thinking about buying this truck, and I'm not sure how much it should factor into the price?

yeah I expected it to be pretty high. I could probably replace that entire panel on my own for cheaper.

    4 run, 2 don't
Unless this truck was listed as being 'mint condition' so to speak, then sure I bet it'll fetch a pretty penny.

But this ain't an exotic or hard to find sports/muscle car so really, I'd expect a dent or two.

Just buy it and enjoy the long life it has to give.

Worst part is if you replace those panels, you won't get the paint to match and it'll stand out even more than the already existing damage.

Those dents are within my expectations and tolerances for a 20 year old pickup.

Paintless dent repair may be able to get both of those dents out. Both places are pretty easily accessed behind the dent. If so, maybe $600-$1000. Maybe less depending on where you live. If the paint is cracked then maybe more to respray.

I was quoted $1500 to fix a dent similar to the one under the taillight (mine needs paint work). I decided to live with it.

    Did you get the truck?

I would definitely do a paint less repair, I would much rather see a little dent or where you could kind of see where a dent may have been then paint that’s off, I think I can almost always see when paint has been touched up on a newer car
