Looking to hire someone to help with online promotion of my business.

Ive been trying to find someone that comes across as having their shit together. Its tough.

I havent been promoting my private personal training business online at all, ever. Its always been one on one and in the private setting of my gym.

Im looking to get the social media bs going and to promote online training. Custom programs for individuals etc.

Does anyone here do this sort of work?

Im ready to say screw it and just do it all myself.

 

So are you looking for someone to manage a social media account or do individualized training programs? or both? Sounds like two totally different types of applicants.

 

Im looking for people that know how to grow an online business.

 

Tacomaworld is not the place to recruit an employee for your company.

But experience = higher rate. If you are willing to pay well, run an ad on the online job boards. Might take a bit to find the right fit. Can also post flyers and such at local gyms.

 

It won't be cheap, expect to pay thousands. Hell, even a professionally made logo can cost over a grand by itself.

 

How do you currently promote? I'm assuming through referral with current clients? Do you run this out of a gym you own/rent or more of a home gym with appointments?

I think there is a huge market for what you want; as people are very self conscious with their bodies and want to get into shape, or feel comfortable in their bodies but may not want to be seen in a gym. And also you have a more flexible schedule for them could be appealing.
