    He doesn’t. Well if he actually uses Amsoil he might. “Amsoilites” use the most expensive oil and praise it like it’s a deity than change their oil religiously at 5k miles. Seems contradictory.

    I have the same! Discovered as I was installing OEM Tailgate Lock. **This was taken before the lock washer was installed over the actuator.

    That's just basic wheel bearing type grease. White lithium doesn't become transparent like that when it goes brown.
