    Hey Guys,

Back in the very beginning December of '22 I purchased a V1 Paint matched Pro Grille off of TacoVinyl's website. In the description, it states that I needed to e-mail them the paint of which I wanted to be used on the grille, and it would ship in 2-4 weeks, which I did immediately. That time frame passed with no shipping notification, and I reached out. I kind of figured it'd be a holiday related backup, which I was told it was. Small business, no biggie, I can be patient. Well then 2023 came, still no grille. This time I reached out again, was told they were in the middle of a transition for locations. Again, fair, I was sure that they were on the rear-end of the holiday rush as well, giving the benefit of the doubt to them. Also reached out again after no word and was told that the person who usually handles the e-mails moved on from the company, and that was also the reason why my grille hadn't been finished yet, and that it should be ready to ship in a week's time.

Well, that week passed and I reached out again. This time I was offered a refund, which I refused because I really want this grille, and again I figured that it would come eventually. In 5 days it will have been 3 months, no grille, out about $475 and instead have been given several excuses. I guess I am just posting this out of frustration as I heard good stuff about TacoVinyl and did not expect this at all.

My issue is I can't find any similar alternatives to the way they do this V1 grille, as it is not completely painted and looks super nice. Does anyone know of any alternatives, or at the very least have any suggestions on how to try and get this grille to come?
