I hope it's not cheesy, I have them on my white Tacoma, too. Actually, I don't hope they're not cheesy, I really don't care if others think they are. I like the look. ;) Breaks up all that white back there.

Took ideas from the DIY Hi Lift and Tool Mounts thread and fashioned Quick Fist homes for the seemingly required but actually unused shovel (Ace) and axe (Estwing camping). Strapped a 10in Corona folding saw to the axe with elastic Velcro cinch straps. I have the Bakflip MX4 cover so my rails are lower and no room for both on one side. I ended up making 4 mounts using chrome spacers rather than stacked fender washers. Also spray painted the aluminum. A little project to pass the time…

Finally broke down and bought a TPMS tool so I don’t have to look at that light when I swap wheels. F75E91BF-97FF-48EE-AE0D-164CDB09C2C4.jpg

I wish I had done it earlier. Nice little tool & under $200. Now I’m texting all my friends to see if they need any sensors programmed, or uploaded to ECU.

Yes you did, been looking at a bunch of more semi modern muscle type vehicles. Sold my 2001 Lightning and wanted another manual to accompany my Tacoma. Missed out on a 2004 for $11,500. This was quite a bit more but the LS2 and mods and condition made it worth it for sure. Drove back today and it rips for sure. Turn the traction control off and hit the gas and it will turn sideways in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, haven’t tried 4th… yet… :bananadance:

Blacked out the interior 100% today. Used the blackout kit from ajt designs and painted everything else. Turned out really nice.
