    Good afternoon :hattip:

    Just got back home from the VA , my Ortho appointment went very well . He mentioned my knee looks very good with no swelling and no signs of scar tissue . Even mentioned that the knee prosthesis is working correctly and has not loosened up . He said I've got at least another 8 months until It's at 100 percent healed

    Also that since I have double knee replacements to be very careful not to kneel down on hard surfaces as that can damage the prosthesis . The doctor told me how to get up off the floor without putting pressure on the knee's and also gave me youtube links showing how to do this

    The best thing is he discharged me from Ortho and told me if I have any concerns or pain to contact his office

    I was walking putting weight on that knee not more than 12 hours after surgery !!!
