sorry if I missed it, but defiantly start with tire pressures. It sound so obvious it's silly, but most shops just filler-up! and over pressurize tires,,, even a few psi will greatly affect ride. It won't cost you anything but 5-10 minutes to check and try some different pressures.
also doubtful, but are these new tires E rated? If so, they will ride rough. I have E rated tires because I got a "deal" and hindsight it was not the greatest choice.

Sorry for the thread jack but you might appreciate this. I toured it in person a few years ago.

I've got a set of Falken Wildpeak AT3w's on a non Taco and the shake drives me nuts above 65 mph. Balanced, rebalanced, remounted and road force. It's better but the only saving grace is that they are on a JDM diesel and 65 mph is a nice cruising speed. After that experience I am one and done with Falken and have a set of the new Nokian Outpost AT's out for delivery today. The OEM Goodyear's with 2.5K on them are going on my daughter's Montero - which will just about double it's value.

    A 30 mph vibration is usually a driveline/propshaft. It's a Yota thing you'll learn to like it.
