What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Replaced the sticker with a better one. Why? It’s Grogu, duh.

 

Any other brands equivalent to OEM quality. Dont really care that it says Toyota on it but I have seen some that are $80-$100 that are not OEM.

Rather not pay $150-170 if there are other brands that work just as good.

 

That's gonna be my next purchase (torque wrench) Definitely my little Ryobi would not take off most of the bolts, and had to lift things a bit to get the real impact wrench under there to loosen. Did NOT use impact to put them back . . .

 

I paid $119 for my short bed OEM mat. Paired a Toyota 15% off offer with online pricing (which is always changing). I hope to stack some discounts soon as I want to get the TRD front skid. Patience.

 

Guess I shall keep searching. $170’s seems waaaaay too much lol

 

Yeah, paying $89 would be a great deal. Anywhere close to under $100 is good.

 

Found an off brand that looks similar to the OEM Mat, minus the lettering… not sure if I want to risk it though.

I got a return OEM mat on eBay. I made an offer for $75 shipped which was accepted.

 

probably why some asshole stole mine out of my truck. parked at a train station, when to work, came home, didn't think much of it, next morning noticed it was gone. people suck, next we will need mat locks (and less Matlocks to solve the crimes)

 

Have you looked into just getting it lined? Someone local quoted me $300

White LC emblem with silver metallic vinyl overlays. Laying those decals gave me some fits this evening.
I'm almost halfway tempted to remove the middle two stickers, giving a subtle and very old school white "YO"

If they are noted as water resistant or “repels” liquids, it may be the chemicals used in the process, I have a different brand but let them literally hang out in the garage a few days after I added a few additional layers of scotchguard.

 

They're good to install today, I just need to find the time.
