2021 Tacoma making clanking/whirling noise.

    2021 Black Tacoma Trd-Offroad 4wd
    Every time I reverse park, my truck makes a clanking noise. It now is making the noise when I turn my steering wheel while driving at slow speeds. Under 15mph. I already took it to the dealership and they said they didn’t find any issues and didn’t hear the noise. Any advice on what it could be? Truck is less than 4k miles and I bought it new. It started making this noise somewhat recently now.
