I purchased my 2019 Tacoma used. At first I didn’t realize the cargo rails were removed from inside the bed. I didn’t really care as I never use them anyway. I want to install a softopper on my Tacoma and now realize the clamps go into those rails so I can’t do a softopper without the rails. I called the dealer and they quoted me $600 for the 3 rails (2 side and one header). This is absolutely ridiculous. Does anyone have any idea how to get ahold of the rails? Does anyone have any they don’t want? Lol. I cannot believe 3 metal rails are $600.

The full kits is for a Tundra. Also $45 more than from BAM wholesale.. and $25 +/- more paying shipping

I have found the front rail but no side rail options. I’ve called a few junkyards and none will take the cargo rails out of the bed if the bed is in sellable condition.

I believe this is the site @Tacospike was referring to. Looks like they have them https://www.*****************.com/

Edit: Oh guess it won't allow the link. Try Googling the retailer mentioned in the earlier post.

I couldn't find the Tacoma ones on there, idk why.

Here are some PN's and can search best pricing.

The sides are more expensive than I thought versus the front. Still not $600

Yeah I mean that makes it $250 before shipping. My dealer said each side was $240 and the front was $300. I don’t need the front for a cap but Jesus they’re expensive

    Yeah they are.

I mean some people make their own out of Unistrut or similar material. There are some codes floating around for 5% off

Are you looking for the accessory rails that you attach cleats to or the large square tube bed rail?

I guess I’m not sure of the difference. The one you attach cleats to is what I’m looking for. Just the c channel rail that’s on the driver and passenger side of the box.

The bar that would go across these holes. Someone removed it previously and all caps/toppers clamp to the rail. I can’t install one without it as there’s no where to clamp.

Alright so after some digging I can say I’ve figured it out. The above mentioned parts were actually the plastic trim cap for the bed side. Toyota does not show the correct part anywhere in the oem parts diagram. I did some digging and came across part number PT278-35100-sb which stated it would fit 2nd and 3rd gen tacomas. Toyota only stated it fit up to 15. I was quite certain they had to be the same part. I ordered them through my local dealer and sure enough they are correct. They don’t come with any hardware so a quick run to Home Depot solved that. Good to go now! If you have a long box the part number would be pt278-35100-lb
