Is it possible to remove the egr valve without having to remove other parts ?

1996 Red Tacoma Base Standard Cab Pickup 2-Door 2.4L

Replaced with LED headlights, replaced seat belt, repainted, spray on bedlliner

Engine is 2rz-fe. 2WD manual from '96. Trying to replace old one with new as preventive maintenance.
