The more you tell people you have a pro the greater likelihood of getting stuck. It's just science

My '22 Pro with stock tires is much more capable than I am as a driver. This is first really capable 4x4 that I have ever had. Since I got my Pro last April, I have been wheeling in Moab, Sedona, and Lake Tahoe. It has done just fine. The only "off-roading" mod that I have done is a set of rocksliders, air compressor, and some recovery gear.

Find some beginner trails and have some fun.

Regardless of the tires you end up with, invest in a decent air compressor and tire deflator. Airing down makes a world of difference.

Depending on the trails you plan on running, removing the running boards would give you back the body clearance you gained with the Pro suspension.

Other than that, it'll do more than you're comfortable with in its current form. Then as you get more adventurous you'll learn where any weak spots are.

The only thing slowing you down is better A/T or M/T tires. Those Kevlar "Highway Tires" suck. Everything else is quite capable, out off the box.

Go out and try and get stuck, and learn how to unstuck yourself....

This was my logic as well, didn't want a base model OR/Sport, otherwise the 10k savings would've been clear. For the 3-4k more the Pro costed its worth every penny, i drove mine home 700 miles. Noticed you did 1k? Only at 16k miles since 8/2021 but really enjoy it.

Been on the beach a few times and light trails, i'm a total pansy. If there were more nearby <1Hour it would be a regular thing. My only upgrade has been 265/75 A/T tires which complements the truck nicely.
