    I have the non-Navigation Entune head unit in my 2015 DCSB.

    I'd like to swap it out for an Entune head unit with Navigation.

    Would it be just that simple, or does the Nav unit require extra wiring/parts/components to work?

    The gps uses the HD antenna, so it's a straight swap.

    Yes you can, I did that in my 14. Just make sure you get the correct one, JBL and non JBL are not interchangeable.
