I recently picked up a 2005 tacoma that was rolled onto its roof. I got it cranking just fine but it will not fire, even with starting fluid. I know ford uses an inertia switch, does this tacoma have anything like that to keep it from running after a rollover?

No, the Airbag ECU signals the PCM to shut off fuel when there is a deployment event but it resets when the key is cycled.
First thing to check is if the security light next to the clock is flashing with the key on.
