AlphaRex headlight turn signal not working

Hi everyone. I recently bought the Exclusive Alpha Rex Headlights from TacomaBeast for my 2016 Toyota Tacoma Sr. All lights seem to be working fine except for the turn signal. It failing to work. Everything else works fine. The high beams, low beams, DRL except for the sequential turn signal. Any ideas what can be the problem? Thank you.

 

Make sure the outermost pin in the sidemarker isn't bent like in their stock photo:



Make sure the screw to the fender is tight. I think Alpharex uses that screw for grounding.

If no findings, contact TacomaBeast for support. I mean, that's why you pay a bit extra to buy from TacomaBeast vs. eBay or AliExpress.

 

Hey man, did you get any resolution on this? I'm trying to wire mine right now and am having the same issue. Pins are good, fender screw is tight.

 

I am currently having the same issue with my 2012 and AlphaRex Pro Series. Any fix yet?

 

You guys made the mistake buying alpharex, unfortunately

 

I just recently installed my Alpharex Nova lights on my 2017 sr5 tacoma. Everything was working until this morning. Had my turn signal engaged but noticed in the reflection on the vehicle in front of me that the turn signals were no longer working. When I made it home I popped my hood to see what was going on. They started working again. I'll have to check the things mentioned above. This shouldn't be happening for as much as these lights cost. These are the exclusive lights only sold through tacomabeast.com alpharexusa.com and tacomabeast.com need to figure out why this is happening. Frustrated!

 

Any resolutions?

 

I gave up on my Alpharex headlights. They quit working less than a year in and there customer support is the absolute worst. They've been giving me the run around for over a year and will not refund my money or fix the issue. Hope you get your problem solved.
