Tacomabeast, Horrible Customer Service

It took forever to receive despite the $39+ shipping fee. After installation, the left light fogged up and had water inside the lens (first pic, hard to see water in bottom of lens). The right one also started fogging but no actual water. You CAN'T reach Tacabeast by phone
    You have to leave a phone message that will NOT be returned. Therefore, all communications is via email. As of today, August 2nd, I am still in email Hell and nothing is getting accplished to rectify the defective tail lights. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!!!

    Can you please provide a bit more data to establish a fact pattern? It is hard for me to determine if you have unrealistic expectations or if this is a legitimate vendor / customer service issue because of the lack of data. Ex..
    • I placed an order for Part XXXXXXXXX on __________ date and selected expedited shipping for $39
    • Order received ______ date despite being expedited shipping
    • Installed ________ and noticed moisture _________
    • Contacted Tacomabeast __________ and cannot reach by phone, must be via email
    • Exchanged ________ number of emails and issue is still not resolved
    Do you see how the above lays out a fact pattern?

    Yeah I was gonna say, I see people post about issues with TacomaBeast’s customer service pretty frequently. Another broverlanding company that shouldn’t be trusted.

    Didnt they also like, deface a national park or something?

    I ordered what look to be similar tail lights from them. Inside the package was a paper noting that condensation in tail lights is normal. No it isn't. Without even unwrapping the lights, I contacted them and returned the lights. Unfortunately, I was responsible for the return shipping.
